Rescue, Help and Rehabilitation work to be made effective.
Well defined delegation of powers to government officials and to
ensure that they use it for state’s progress and facilitate citizens
convenience or otherwise they will be made accountable.
Use of computers at all levels to increase efficiency and training
programme for this.
Removal of rules/law coming in way to provide forms/information to
people.

make E-Governance in real sense Easy Governance and Effective
Governance.
Karmayogi Yojana : Holistic approach – work rate, work culture and work result to be
co-ordinated to make employee Karmayogi.
After discussion with State Government Employees Association efforts
will be made on a priority basis to ensure people’s friendly
administration so that expeditious disposal of the problems of
ordinary citizen are ensured and the administration becomes more
humane.
Buddhisagar Parishad : In order to ensure effective overall development of Gujarat, a
non-government independent ‘Think-tank’ will be formed of experts
of various subject and leading citizens.
For development
of social industrial infrastructure, Development Panels will be
formed of various sectors with experts of respective subjects.
